How does self storage work ........ ?
A Self Storage facility provides customers with their own individual space. Self Storage differs from traditional storage in that the owner of the goods or items is responsible for, and retains control over their goods after they have placed them into storage. You secure your storage unit with your own lock, you keep the key, and you have access to your goods during facility access hours. You can place additionl items in, take items out, move to a smaller or larger unit if you need to. You have complete flexibility. Car, boat or RV storage is also available. Ask the Manager about vehicle storage when you call for information.
What can be stored in my unit ........ ?
Business inventory, furniture, books, files, camping equipment, clothing, appliances; anything from a few boxes to a full household. Items that are not permitted include compressed gases, hazardous, combustible, explosive, or toxic materials. No gasoline.
How much space do I need ........ ?
No two people have the same storage requirements. Save Most Self Storage has sizes to fit almost every storage need. Our managers will help you decide on which size is appropriate for your situation and provide suggestions to help maximize your space. What are your storage rates ........ ?
Save Most Self Storage has competitive rates. If your just shopping rates, be sure to check on security and environmental features also. All storage facilities are not created equal. Since our rates are based on a number of various factors, the best way to obtain rental rates and feqatures on a unit that best meets your specific needs is to call and speak directly to the manager.
How long will it take to rent a space ........ ?
The entire rental process should take less than 10 minutes. Please keep in mind that the time may vary, depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day, while afternoons tend to be busier.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit........ ?
A valid driver's license with photo, passport or photo ID is required to rent a unit or space.
What is the minimum time that I can store for ... ?
There is no minimum as to how long you can store your goods or items, however, the minimum rental period is one month.
What type of payment do you accept ........ ?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit cards, Checks and Cash. Sorry, no more first born. We offer and recommend utilizing our automatic monthly credit or debit card billing. You can pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly (13th month FREE given on annual payments). Rent is always due on the first of each month.
Do I need insurance ........ ?
We do NOT insure your good or items. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility, however, Save Most Self Storage does recommends stored property insurance. If you are a home or business owner your insurance policy may cover stored property. Please check with your agent. We do have applications available from several companies that provide coverage for stored property.
What are your hours of operation ........ ?
Save Most Self Storage office is open 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday 9AM-5PM, and your gate access hours are 6AM-9PM everyday, 365 days a year. Office is closed on most major holidays.
Do I need to make a reservation ........ ?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend you make an advance reservation. This will guarantee space availability.
Do you offer other services ........ ?
Save Most Self Storage offers FREE TRUCK RENTAL FOR MOVE-IN. Please call the Manager to inquire on truck availability or make a reservation. As a tenant of Save Most Self Storage, discounts are also available for boxes and packing supplies.
What areas do you serve ........ ?
Our primary service area includes Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, Middleton, Star and surrounding areas. However, we have customers in Japan, Honduras, Hawaii, and the Middle East. Our military tenants are also eligible for a 10% discount.
